    Eat Savvi was founded by Accredited Practicing Dietitian & Nutritionist, Tuo Tao.

    By promoting a low-carb lifestyle, helping people to overcome lifestyle issues, and teaching them how to eat mindfully, modify recipes and make smart food swaps, Tuo has helped his clients improve their health without necessarily sacrificing a lot.

    A regular contributor to Diabetes Australia magazine and a regular guest on SBS Mandarin Chinese Radio, his dietetics service is trusted by many Australian GPs.

    DIETITIAN - SPECIALISING IN EATING DISORDERS

    Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in mental health and eating disorders, drawing on experience across both public hospital settings and private practice.

    Sarah’s approach is compassionate, client-centred, and grounded in evidence-based nutrition care.
    She provides trauma-informed, HAES-aligned support to help individuals rebuild trust with food and their bodies. With experience working in acute mental health units, multidisciplinary hospital teams, and telehealth settings, Sarah creates personalised, sustainable strategies that align with each person’s values, goals, and recovery journey.
